What was Moses' speech problem?

This got us off on a tangent a few weeks ago in Sunday school. Anybody have some authoritative sources that have commented on this?

The CES Old Testament Student Manual says that in Moses had "uncircumcised lips" (Exodus 6:30). The JST says he had "stammering lips". So I would interperet this to mean he had a stuttering problem.
Other sources say he had a feeling of inadiquacy. Some say he didn't have a good grasp on the hebrew language nor the egyptian language after living 40 years with the Midianites.
